  • Great Scents Return & Refund Policy

    At Great Scents, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

    Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

    Upon authorization, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please be aware that unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
